Easy Marinated Mushrooms

This is a healthy refrigerator staple that's rich in fiber. You can use it as a salad topping, for egg dishes, soup or pasta and it's so useful.

Ingredients: about 350 k cal

King Oyster Mushrooms
1 pack (100 g)
Maitake mushrooms
1 pack (100 g)
Shimeji mushrooms
1 pack (100 g)
Bunapi mushrooms
1 pac (100 g)
*Extra virgin olive oil
30 g
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g)
*Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
*Dried Basil
A few sprinkles
A small amount


1. Preparation: 1) Shred the mushrooms into small clumps. 2) Boil water in a pan.
2. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water (about 2 minutes), drain in a sieve and cool.
3. Mix the * ingredients well and season the mushrooms. After they have cooled completely, store in the refrigerator.
