Story Behind this Recipe
Because I didn't have any bread for breakfast, I quickly whipped these waffles up. I wanted to make healthy waffles, so I added carrot and yogurt. I created easy-to-eat waffles with no carrot smell to them.♪
Because the waffles are very soft after baking, please remove them very gently from the waffle maker to keep them from getting stuck to it or being crushed. Immediately after removing them from the waffle maker, the outside of this delicious waffle will be crunchy while the inside will be fluffy. It is more suited to being a breakfast than a snack.☆
