Ham and Cheese in Gyoza Wrappers

If you have leftover gyoza skins, try this recipe! It goes great with beer and is perfect for lunch or snacks for the kids! It's easy and tasty!

Ingredients: 10 fried dumplings

Gyoza dumpling wrappers (large)
3 to 4 slices
Easy melting cheese
use as much as you like
to taste
Frying oil
5 tablespoons


1. Cut the ham slices in half and then slice finely.
2. On the gyoza skins, lay ham, mayonnaise and cheese in that order. Dampen the edge of the skins with water and seal firmly.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry over medium heat. When both sides are cooked, they're done. *Use a lot of oil.
