Ingredients: desired amount

Sake lees : Olive oil
ratio of 2 : 1, measured out with spoons
Your favorite sliced bread
desired amount
Salt
to taste

Steps

1. Mix sake lees with olive oil. Spread it on a slice of bread and sprinkle salt over it. Toast in a toaster oven until crispy.
