Bread Pudding with Cream Cheese

A delicious bread pudding with smooth and hot cream cheese.
For breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients: 2 ramekins' worth

Bread
1 slice
● Milk
100 ml
● Sugar
1.5 tablespoons
● Egg
1
Cream cheese
10 (1 cm cubes)
[Optional]
Maple syrup, etc.
As you like

Steps

1. Dice the bread and cream cheese into bite-sizes. Put into a heatproof container.
2. Mix all ● ingredients together and pour slowly into the container. Bake in a toaster oven for 7-10 minutes to finish.
3. Enjoy as it is, with syrup or cinnamon.
