Ruruko's Macrobiotic Soup Stock with Konbu & Shiitake Mushrooms

You can make macrobiotic soup stock using only konbu seaweed. But, I am an easy macrobiotic perso,n so I add dried shiitake mushrooms to boost my metabolism.

Ingredients: 800 ml

Kombu
7 cm x 14 cm
Dried shiitake mushrooms
3-4
Water
1 L (5 cups)

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Strain and it's ready.
