Shrimp-Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms (With Only 2 Ingredients and 4 Seasonings)

Even though these are easy to make, they're tasty and look fancy. Certainly a recipe you have to try.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shiitake mushrooms

Shrimp

★Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
★Sake
1 tablespoon
★Salt
1/2 teaspoon
★Pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Mince the shrimp.
2. Take 3/4 of the minced shrimp and rub it against the cutting board with a knife to make it into paste. Mix with the untouched 1/4 shrimp.
3. Thoroughly mix the shrimp paste with the ★ ingredients, then fill each mushroom cup with a generous amount.
4. Microwave in a silicone steamer for 4 minutes, a steamer for 6-8 minutes, or a or grill covered with aluminum foil.
5. They taste great as is, but you can serve them with salt or other condiments. Here, I served them with salt and matcha salt.
6. Matcha salt is made from equal parts matcha and salt.
