Take 3/4 of the minced shrimp and rub it against the cutting board with a knife to make it into paste. Mix with the untouched 1/4 shrimp.
Thoroughly mix the shrimp paste with the ★ ingredients, then fill each mushroom cup with a generous amount.
Microwave in a silicone steamer for 4 minutes, a steamer for 6-8 minutes, or a or grill covered with aluminum foil.
They taste great as is, but you can serve them with salt or other condiments. Here, I served them with salt and matcha salt.
Matcha salt is made from equal parts matcha and salt.
