Sushi Rice

I used this sushi rice to prepare California Rolls (Recipe ID: 1115605)

Ingredients: 3 rice cooker cups (uncooked)

★Cooked Rice
3 rice cooker cups (when uncooked)
6 tablespoons
☆Raw cane sugar
3 tablespoons
☆Soy sauce
2-3 teaspoons
2 teaspoons


1. Combine the ☆ ingredients and mix well until the sugar and salt dissolve.
2. Add the cooked rice to Step 1 and mix together with cutting motions while fanning. Once it has cooled, it's ready to be used.

Story Behind this Recipe

Regular sushi rice is a bit sweet, so I made this sushi rice to use in California rolls.
