Tuna-mayo Soy Sauce Cabbage and Spinach

This dish can be eaten like a salad. It's convenient to have frozen spinach in your freezer so you can whip this up. A side dish that you can use whatever leftovers in your fridge.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 slices
Canned tuna (lightly drain the liquid)
1 can (80 g)
☆ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
☆ Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
☆ Salt
a pinch
☆ Black pepper
as needed


1. Boil the water in a pot, and add salt. Wash the spinach well and put into the pot from the roots. Blanch for about a minute. Then soak in cold water, and squeeze out the water, then cut to 5 cm lengths.
2. Slice the cabbage thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Leave for about 10 minutes. Wash and drain in a sieve and lightly squeeze out the water from the cabbage.
3. Combine the spinach and cabbage into a bowl with tuna.
4. Mix together with the ☆ ingredients.
5. Serve on a dish, season with black pepper if you like.
