Boil the water in a pot, and add salt. Wash the spinach well and put into the pot from the roots. Blanch for about a minute. Then soak in cold water, and squeeze out the water, then cut to 5 cm lengths.
Slice the cabbage thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Leave for about 10 minutes. Wash and drain in a sieve and lightly squeeze out the water from the cabbage.
Combine the spinach and cabbage into a bowl with tuna.
Mix together with the ☆ ingredients.
Serve on a dish, season with black pepper if you like.

A good way of making a dish with leftovers.
Blanch bunch of spinach and drain. Cut up to about 5 cm, wrap in cling film and freeze. It's useful to have stocked, as you can use the frozen spinach in any kind of dish. For those on a diet, replace with low calorie mayonnaise and tuna. Do not throw the tuna oil too much, otherwise the dish will be too dry.
