Easy and Light Tasting Sautéed Ginger Pork Belly with Ponzu Sauce
The only seasoning ingredients used in this delicious dish are ginger and ponzu sauce! It's a very light, refreshing and delicious ginger pork dish! So easy, but no one can't tell that you cut corners.
Cut the pork belly into easy to eat pieces, and coat evenly with flour.
Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork.
A lot of oil will come out of the pork. Wipe it out of the pan with paper towels.
Add the grated ginger and ponzu sauce. When both have evenly coated the pork, it's done.

This is a dish I make often when I'm busy and don't have much time to cook. It's a life-saver in our house.
There's really no need to measure out the ingredients, since the flavor doesn't change that much if you vary the amount. Just eyeball things and you'll be fine! The sourness varies depending on how long you cook the pork after you add the ponzu sauce, so if you don't like sour food, cook it for a bit longer.
