Teriyaki Pork Loin

Teriyaki Pork Loin

One word: easy. It‘s also suitable for packed lunch.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thickly cut pork loin
2 slices
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon each
Flour
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
The sauce ingredients:
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Grated garlic
1/4 teaspoon

Steps

1. Combine the sauce ingredients.
2. Cut the pork into 2cm widths.
3. Put the pork in a plastic bag and sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Shake well to coat the meat.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the meat over medium heat until all sides are browned. Make sure to cook through the inside as well.
5. Add the sauce and mix well to finish. The flavor is a bit salty, so use about 2/3 of the sauce if you prefer a lighter flavor.
