Bamboo Shoots and Spring Onion Stir-Fry with Salt and Garlic

This is a bamboo shoot and spring onion stir-fry with Chinese-style seasoning.

Ingredients: Serves 2 to 3

Bamboo shoot (boiled, canned of vacuum packed)
200 g
Spring onions
1/2
Garlic
1 clove
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
☆ Weipa
1.5 teaspoons
☆ Salt
1/4 teaspoon
☆ Pepper
To taste

Steps

1. Slice the bamboo shoots into 5 mm-thick wedges. Slice the onion thinly. Finely grate the garlic.
2. Heat the sesame oil and garlic in frying pan When it starts to smell nice, add the onion and stir-fry slowly over a low flame.
3. When the onion becomes transparent, add the bamboo shoots, stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add the ingredients marked with a ☆ and stir fry. When the seasoning is evenly distributed, it's done.
