The tofu steak is crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft and light on the inside. The meat sauce is very well flavored, so it's really appetizing.
I just put some ingredients that were cheap at the supermarket together, and the results were really delicious! I wrote it down as a recipe so that I could re-create it myself.
Tofu falls apart easily, so it's best to use a firm type of tofu. Don't forget to drain off the water very well!
