Korean-style Chilled Tofu with Wakame Seaweed

Very refreshing and tasty with the nice flavor of sesame oil.
It's a simple but very satisfying chilled tofu dish with a new twist.
It goes really well with chilled beer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Silken tofu
1 block
Wakame seaweed
100g
Kimchi
50g
Sesame oil
Add to taste
Salt
A pinch

Steps

1. Blanch the wakame in boiled water quickly. If you use dried wakame, soak to hydrate.
2. Squeeze the water out of the wakame well. Season the wakame with sesame oil and salt. Stir in the chopped kimchi.
3. Place the mixture on the chilled tofu and serve.

I was given a lot of wakame one day.
I wanted to try a new idea with my usual chilled tofu dish.
When you are tired of the heat in summertime, this is a delicious cure.
