Story Behind this Recipe
The whole family loves the chicken wings at Fuuraibo!
Before adding the seasonings at Step 4, wipe off excess oil in the pan with paper towels. Brown the skin properly. The key is to add plenty of black pepper. Use chicken wings, thighs, tenders, or whatever chicken part you like. If you're using chicken drums or another part that is thicker and harder to cook through, cover the pan with a lid at Step 3 to let it steam.
