Simple Tomato and Onion Salad

I don't like tomatoes but in this salad I can eat them up, no problem. I'm quite proud of this recipe. It's a refreshing salad for a hot summer day.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Tomatoes (large)
1/4 to 1/2
● Grated garlic
1 clove
● Vinegar
2 tablespoons
● Olive oil or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
● Salt
1/3 teaspoon
● Wasabi paste
1 teaspoon
to taste


1. Slice the tomatoes and spread out on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
2. Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl of water for about 10 minutes. Drain well.
3. Mix the ingredients marked ● together in a bowl. Add the chopped onions and mix again.
4. Pour the dressing from Step 3 over the chilled tomato slices, scatter some parsley on top and it's done.

I wanted to make it easier to eat tomatoes, so I made this salad with ingredients I had around the house already.
