Dan Dan Noodle Soup Made Easily with Hot Water & a Microwave

The soup is just dissolved in hot water. The toppings are cooked in a microwave. But it tastes just as good as, or even better than, at a noodle chain restaurant. Try this for lunch at home.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Ramen noodles
1 serving
For the seasoned meat:
Ground pork
about 50 g
Miso
about 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
about 1/2 teaspoon
For the soup:
Miso
about 2 teaspoons
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
about 1 tablespoon
Chicken soup stock granules
about 1 teaspoon
Sugar
about 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger (grated)
about 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
Garlic (grated)
about 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
White sesame paste
about 1 tablespoon
Doubanjiang
a small amount (to taste)
Ra-yu
a small amount (to taste)
Boiling water
200 ml

Steps

1. Make the seasoned meat: Put all the meat ingredients in a heatproof bowl and mix well. Microwave until cooked. Mix to a crumble.
2. Make the soup: Put all the ingredients, except for the boiling water, in a ramen bowl and mix well. Add the boiling hot water little by little while mixing.
3. Serve: Put the noodles in the soup and top with the seasoned meat.
