Easy Chocolate Ice Cream with Only 2 Ingredients

I highly recommend this to those who love rich chocolate ice cream. It only calls for 2 ingredients.


Chocolate bar
Whole egg


1. Finely break the chocolate into a bowl. Warm the bowl over hot water.
2. Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Beat the egg white until it forms stiff peaks.
3. When the chocolate melts completely, mix the yolks. The bowl should remain heated over warm water.
4. Remove the bowl from warm water. Add the beaten egg whites (from step 2) in 2 batches. Mix the first batch well, and cut in the second batch.
5. When mixed fully, freeze to finish. There's no need to mix while it's freezing.
6. If you prefer it lighter, use 4 egg whites, or add 100 ml of milk.
