Locomoco is pretty easy, plus, you'll only need one serving dish!

Ingredients: 5 to 6 servings

Plain cooked rice
A bowlful per serving
2 small
★ Combined ground beef and pork
500 g
★ Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
★ Salt and pepper
to taste
★ Panko
50 ml
★ Milk
50 ml
★ Egg
(For the sauce:)
❤ Sake
100 ml
❤ Ketchup
50 ml
❤ Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
50 ml
❤ Japanese mustard
about 1/2 teaspoon
❤ Sugar
1 tablespoon

1. Chop the onion finely, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until caramelized. Cut the vegetables up into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add the cooked onion and the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix well until sticky. Form into patties and pan fry. When both sides are browned, put a lid on and steam-fry over low heat.
3. Put the ❤ sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire-style sauce, mustard, sugar) in a pan and simmer over medium heat until it has thickened slightly. In the meantime, cook the fried eggs to top the dishes.
4. Arrange on a place and you're done. Bon appetit!
