Chop the onion finely, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until caramelized. Cut the vegetables up into bite-sized pieces.
Add the cooked onion and the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix well until sticky. Form into patties and pan fry.
When both sides are browned, put a lid on and steam-fry over low heat.
Put the ❤ sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire-style sauce, mustard, sugar) in a pan and simmer over medium heat until it has thickened slightly.
In the meantime, cook the fried eggs to top the dishes.
Arrange on a place and you're done.

Ground meat was cheap, so I tried this out.
Please knead the ground meat very, very well. The vegetables used as topping can be anything you like. (Mushrooms, bean sprouts, etc.)
