Deep-Fried Pork Offcuts

You can prepare this dish in a plastic bag, so you won't get your hands dirty.
It's crispy and so delicious that you want to snack on them as soon as it's done.

Ingredients: 3 ~ 4 servings

●Pork offcuts
300 g
●Sake
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
●Sugar
1 teaspoon
●Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
●Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
Katakuriko
as needed
Vegetable oil
as needed
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Put the ● ingredients in a plastic bag, and rub lightly. Let it sit for 30 ~ 60 minutes in the fridge.
2. When the flavour has been absorbed, add the katakuriko, and shake to coat the meat.
3. Sprinkle sesame oil to vegetable oil to add flavour, and deep-fry the meat at medium heat until it becomes crispy.
4. Done.
5. It's also delicious to wrap with lettuce or cabbage.
