Easy & Rich Pasta Carbonara

This is an easy and rich carbonara recipe which only requires mixing the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, adding the pasta, and it's done.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
Heavy cream
100 ml
Egg yolk
Grated cheese
2 tablespoons
a small amount
3 slices
Coasley ground pepper
to taste


1. Mix the heavy cream, egg yolks, and the grated cheese.
2. Cut the bacon into your desired width size, and stir-fry until it starts to brown. Add the cooked bacon to Step [1], and mix briefly.
3. Start cooking the pasta. Add salt into plenty of boiling water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
4. When cooked, remove to a sieve and drain. Add the freshly cooked pasta into Step [2], and mix. Adjust the flavour with salt. Serve onto a plate, and done.
5. Sprinkle with pepper if you like.
