Easy Shiro-dashi Sushi Vinegar in a Microwave

Use this sushi vinegar for chirashi sushi (scattered sushi) or temari sushi (ball shaped sushi). It's an easy sushi vinegar that you can make in a microwave in no time.

Ingredients: 2 rice cooker cups worth

Rice vinegar
3 tablespoons
Shiro-dashi
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Put the flavoring ingredients in a heatproof container, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500 W. You don't need to cover with plastic wrap.
2. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and it's ready! Mix with freshly cooked rice while fanning it with a handheld fan.
