Fresh Turnips in a Lemon & Butter Sauté

Before you even realize it, this is ready in just 5 minutes!
Leave a small part of the stems attached to make them look cute.
The lemon is what makes this so refreshing.


Salted butter
10 g
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
A little less than 1/2 tablespoon


1. Leaving a few centimeters of the stems, cut the rest of the stems off of the turnips. Thinly peel the turnips with a peeler. If they are fresh, then you do not have to peel them. Thoroughly wash the dirt off of them.
2. Cut them lengthwise into fourths. Put the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the turnips. Add the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook until they are golden brown.
