Easy Mitsuba and Nori Seaweed Salad

An easy, delicious and inexpensive salad that lets you eat tons of mitsuba. Give it a try! It's one of my family's favorites.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mitsuba with long white stems
2 bunches
Korean flavored nori seaweed (or other types of nori seaweed)
10 small cut up pieces (or 1 large sheet)
◎ Toasted white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
◎ Umami seasoning (optional)
a small amount
● Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
2 tablespoons
● Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons


1. Put all the ingredients marked ● into a large bowl and mix together.
2. Wash the mitsuba and cut up into 3 cm lengths. Dry off well. Rip up the nori seaweed into little pieces and add it along with the mitsuba into the bowl from Step 1.
3. Mix everything together very well, and put on serving plates to finish.
