Three Layered Dip

I often make this for a BBQ party.
It's a perfect drinking appetizer to go with beer or margaritas! Once you taste it, you might not be able to stop!

Ingredients: 8-10 servings

1st layer: Black beans
1 can = 250 ml (refried beans)
2nd layer: Guacamole
● Sour cream
1 cup (250 ml)
●Lemon juice
1/2 a lemon's worth
1 teaspoon (grated)
2/3 teaspoon
3rd layer: Sour cream
1 cup (250 ml)
★Toppings (tomatoes, black olives, coriander)
as needed


1. Spread the black beans in a slightly deep dish as the 1st layer. I recommend to use vegetarian black beans.
2. Make the guacamole. Mix all the ● ingredients, and mash with a potato masher to make it smooth. It's a delicious dip as is!
3. Spread out the guacamole on top of the black beans.
4. Spread out the sour cream on top.
5. Mince the topping ingredients, and sprinkle on top.
6. Dip in the no-salt tortilla chips, and enjoy!!!
