20% weight of apple and kiwifruit (75 g this time)
Peel the apple, weigh, and grate.
Peel the skin of the kiwi, and weigh. Cut into 4 portions lengthwise, and then slice into 5 mm.
Prepare the honey, which is 20% weight of the apple and kiwifruit, and pour in the pot with the apple and kiwi.
Turn on the heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat while stirring occasionally.
When the liquid is evaporated, it's done Transfer to bottles, chill, and enjoy. Store in the fridge.

Story Behind this Recipe
I ran out of jam, so I made it with ingredients I had at home. I thought apples and kiwis, which I often eat for breakfast, might be a good combination, so I tried the combination. I didn't want to use sugar, so I simmered with honey instead.
This is a jam, which doesn't contain a lot of sugar, so it's not suitable for keeping for a long time. But since it's not too sweet, you can eat it as is. You will enjoy eating plenty of this jam in yogurt or on bread.
