Springtime Pasta with Soy Milk- Miso-Mustard Cream Sauce

A healthy cream style pasta made from soy milk and miso that's a big hit in my family. I highly recommend adding mustard for a spin that everyone will love!

Ingredients: 2 Servings

Thinly sliced pork loin
100g
Asparagus
1 bushel (100g)
Onion
100g
A
┌Miso
1 tablespoon
│Soy milk
100ml
└Chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
Whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame oil
a little
Spaghetti

Steps

1. Peel the asparagus, cut into 3 cm and boil in a pot of salt water. Finely dice the onion to 5 mm.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add in the onions. When they are cooked, add the pork and everything from group A, and cook for 2 or 3 minutes at medium heat.
3. Add the asparagus that you had previously boiled, along with the mustard.
4. Cook the spaghetti and when it is finished, mix in everything made in Step 3. Add salt and pepper for flavor and serve. Mix in sesame seed oil for taste.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I was cooking one day, I thought it would be quite tasty to add all the flavors together into a pasta. I took a chance but it turned out so good.
