Broccoli, Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Wasabi

It's a grown-up salad with the buttery flavor of avocado, combined with shrimp and wasabi.

Ingredients: about 2 servings

Avocado
1
Shrimp
5 medium
Broccoli
about 1/2, divided into florets
The seasoning ingredients:
Wasabi
1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons (or to taste)
Lemon juice
a small amount
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Black pepper (optional)
to taste

Steps

1. Boil the broccoli and shrimp separately and drain well. Cut the avocado into half, take the pit out and peel.
2. Put the avocado into a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix while mashing. You can also dice it beforehand if you prefer.
3. Chop the shrimp up roughly and put it into the bowl with the avocado. Add the broccoli florets, mayonnaise and wasabi and mix together.
4. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and it's done. If you love avocado, or mayonnaise, you'll love this!
