Lots of onion, just a little ground meat, and stir fried with ginger so it smells so good! Be careful not to have too much rice with this!
I usually just have some onions left in the vegetable compartment of the fridge.
Microwave the onions briefly before stir frying them to save time. If there are any leftovers, use them in miso soup the next day.
