A Stir Fry With Lots Of Onion

Lots of onion, just a little ground meat, and stir fried with ginger so it smells so good! Be careful not to have too much rice with this!

Ingredients: 4 servings

2 to 2 1/2
Ground meat
100 g
1 piece
★Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
★ Mirin
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon


1. Slice the onions into 2 cm wide wedges. Finely chop the ginger.
2. Stir fry the ground meat and ginger in oil, then add the onions and continue stir frying.
3. When the onion changes color add the ★ ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan. Done!
