5-Minute Coconut Milk Panna Cotta

It only takes 5 minutes to make, but it simply melts in your mouth. This is an easy, quick, and luxurious dessert.

Ingredients: for 6 ramekins

"A" Milk
300ml
"A" Heavy cream
150ml
"A" Coconut milk
150ml
Gelatin sheets
4 (6g)
Sugar
65g
Rum
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Put water in a bowl and reconstitute the gelatin sheets (place ice cubes into water if the room temperature is high).
2. Combine the "A" ingredients in a saucepan and heat.
3. Add the gelatin and dissolve (it should dissolve quickly). Turn off the heat, add the rum and strain.
4. Pour into a container and chill it until it's set and it's done.
