Custard Pudding

You only need one egg to make this easy, smooth, and tasty pudding.

Ingredients

Egg

Milk
100 ml
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Caramel sauce
as needed

Steps

1. Beat the egg well in a bowl. Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat. Add the egg, mix well and then strain.
2. If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter. Pour in the caramel sauce.
3. Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds. Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170℃.
4. Chill in the fridge.
