Tart Crust with a Plastic Bag

You can bake these in a flash without any dirty dishes!
How about some crusty tarts?

Ingredients: 16 cm tart pan

Pancake mix
100 g
Butter
40 g
Milk
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Place the butter in a plastic bag and knead until soft.
2. Add in the pancake mix and knead some more. Once the mixture has come together, add milk and knead. Bring the dough together again into one clump.
3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or more. Roll it out after chilling.
4. Press the dough into the tart pan. Pierce the surface of the dough with a fork to make shallow holes (poke lots of holes near the edges!!).
5. Bake for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190℃.
6. To finish, decorate with toppings if you wish.

Story Behind this Recipe

Because it's a lot of trouble to wash dirty dishes after using butter, I came up with a way to avoid getting anything dirty.
