Stir-fried Chicken Breast and Cabbage

It's easy, cheap to prepare, and delicious! The chicken is succulent, and the garlic taste goes well with rice.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast (without the skin)
1 (small)
4 leaves
Green pepper
1 piece
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
a pinch


1. Discard the chicken skin and thinly slice on a diagonal.
2. Put the chicken and ☆ in a bowl, and massage.
3. Chop the cabbage roughly, cut the green pepper vertically to remove the seeds, cut into bite sizes, and mince the garlic.
4. Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat, and add chicken when the garlic becomes aromatic.
5. When chicken is browned, add 1/2 teaspoons of salt and some pepper to flavour the chicken well.
6. Add the cabbage and green pepper, and fry vegetables, but keep them still crunchy. Taste and adjust to your liking.
7. Serve it on a plate with rice. You can also use sesame oil to bring out the aroma!
8. You could also toss with spaghetti. Toss with a little pasta water for a quick lunch.

I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make a dish by using food that I already had.
Salty and garlic taste goes well with rice.
It's easy, cheap, and delicious.
