Mizuna Salad with Fragrant Sesame Oil

With this quick-prep recipe, enjoy lots of mizuna greens with aromatic sesame oil.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
2-3
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Salt
a small pinch
Pepper
as much as you like
Sesame seeds
as much as you like

Steps

1. Wash the mizuna greens and cut into 3-4 cm lengths. Toss the mizuna greens with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Serve, sprinkle on sesame seeds, and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

I like the crunchy texture of raw mizuna. I usually eat it with other kinds of greens in a salad, but I wanted to try it another way and came up with this recipe.
