Easily Made with a Microwave!! Microwave Doughnuts

Easy!! Healthy!! No oil or flour! They're faster to make than baked doughnuts and are delicious!

Ingredients: 6 x 7-8cm doughnuts

Fresh okara
120 g
* Pure cocoa
20 g
* Artificial sweetener
40 g
* Baking powder
10 g
* Skim milk
15 g
Eggs
2
Vanilla extract
as needed

Steps

1. Add the fresh okara in a bowl and mix with a spoon to break it up into small pieces.
2. Add the * ingredients into the bowl and mix with a spoon.
3. Add the eggs! You can put them all at once! Add vanilla extract for flavor! You can mix with a spoon!
4. Fill up the mold, and microwave for about 3 minutes.
5. Cool when finished! It looks a little unbaked on top, but it will be ok when they cool!

Everyday is a diet... Baking takes a long time, but I cannot wait for very long, so I made these "baked doughnuts" in the microwave.
