A Tenth the Calories! Homemade mayonnaise

This mayonnaise doesn't use eggs or oil, so it's pretty healthy, and low in calories too!

Ingredients

Tofu
1 block (300 g)
Vinegar
4 tablespoons
Salt (or use salt and pepper)
1 heaping teaspoon
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Put the undrained tofu plus vinegar, salt and mirin in a food processor.
2. Process until smooth!
3. Taste, adjust the seasoning, and it's done!
4. This is a pasta salad I made with this mayonnaise.

After thinking about it for a while, I was able to come up with a low calorie mayonnaise!
