Super Easy Chilled Ramen Sauce

This recipe is super easy, but it'll make the perfect hiyashi chuuka (cold Chinese-style noodles)!
This recipe is so economical and easy to tweak to your liking!
It's also healthier - it only uses a small amount of oil.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Soy sauce
60 ml
Vinegar
60 ml
Mentsuyu
60 ml
Water
150 ml
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
A dash
Pepper
A dash
Ra-yu
As desired
Japanese mustard
As desired

Steps

1. Just mix everything to make the sauce.
2. I used bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, ham, and thin Japanese omelets for the topping.
3. It's also good with tomatoes and imitation crab sticks.
