Mozzarella, Basil and Canned Tomato Pasta

Pasta with the great combination of delicious mozzarealla cheese and fragrant basil. It's easy and only needs one pan!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 a can
Fresh basil
5 - 6 leaves
Mozzarella cheese
A small amount (30 - 50 g)
3 - 4 slices
1 serving
to taste
to taste
Soup stock granules
1/2 cube (if using granules, 1/3 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic (or paste)
1/2 teaspoon


1. Remove the stems of the basil and shred with your hands. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes. Cut the bacon into strips.
2. Heat a tablespoon of oil and the garlic in a pan.
3. Add the bacon and cook until slightly browned.
4. Add the canned tomatoes, soup stock granules, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes to reduce.
5. When thickened, add the basil and lightly mix. Taste the sauce and add the salt and pepper to taste.
6. When mixed, turn off the heat, add the cheese, and gently mix.
7. Add boiled pasta to finish.
8. You can make caprese salad with the same ingredients.
