Rolled Omelettes with Chikuwa Fish Cakes and Green Onion for Lunchboxes

I always somehow end up with leftover chikuwa, so I added them to my omelettes.

Ingredients

Egg
2
Chikuwa
1
Green onions
To taste
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Salt
as needed
Usukuchi soy sauce (if available)
as needed
Vegetable oil
a little

Steps

1. Roughly chop the chikuwa. Mince the green onion into small rounds. Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) together in a bowl.
2. Pour the vegetable oil into a pan, followed by the mixture from Step 1.
3. Roll up Step 1 in several segments.
4. It is easier to cut the rolled omelette after you let it cool for a little bit.
5. Here's what I made with one egg for a packed lunch.
