Done in a Flash! New Potatoes Stir-Fried with Butter-Curry Seasoning

A 10-minute dish! Try this delicious way to cook new potatoes!!

Ingredients: 4 servings

New potatoes
6 (small-sized)
Coarse-cut sausage
4
Finely-chopped garlic
1 clove
Butter
10 g
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Dried parsley
To taste
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
To taste
Curry powder
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Slice the new potatoes into matchsticks. Slice the sausages into thin diagonal pieces. Heat the butter, olive oil, and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the potatoes.
2. When all ingredients are coated evenly in oil, and when the potatoes are tender, add sausage slices and continue frying.
3. Cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes, removing the lid now and then to turn the potatoes and sausage to brown them evenly.
4. Add the curry powder, salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with dried parsley, and serve.
