Rolled Omelette with Kamaboko Fish Cakes and Green Onions for Lunchboxes

These are made with kamaboko fish cakes, which always tend to be left over.
Green onions enrich the colour of these omelettes.

Ingredients

Egg
2
Green onions
To taste
Kamaboko
4 to 5 cm
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Salt
as needed
Vegetable oil
a little

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients except for vegetable oil. (Chop the green onion and kamaboko into small pieces.)
2. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, and pour in the mixture from Step 1 into the pan.
3. Pour the vegetable oil and roll up the egg mixture.
4. Once the omelette has cooked through, let it cool for a while. It'll be easier to cool this way.
5. This colourful omelette is good for packed lunches.
6. "Mai 2" made it into a big omelette.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wondered it might be delicious to add leftover kamaboko fish cakes to rolled omelettes.
