These are the ingredients.
Choose good salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil to really maximize the flavor.
Slice the onion very thinly, soak for a while in a bowl of salted water, and drain.
Cut the tops and bottoms of the oranges, take the peel off rather thickly, and cut up into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the ingredients marked ♡ together with the onion and orange, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors blend together.
Put on a serving plate, sprinkle with black pepper...and you're done!

I absolutely love the combination of these flavors. I wanted everyone to try it at least once so I uploaded the recipe here!
The oranges I used this time were small, so I used one per person, cut it into half and then sliced them into about 7-8 mm. If you have large oranges, cut them into quarters first. If you don't have sweet onions, use regular onions, soaked in salted water or massaged with a little salt to get rid of the harshness.
