Chocolate Mousse

You only need two ingredients!
This delicious mousse is done in no time. It's also great as cake decoration.


Heavy cream
200 ml
1 bar (60 g)


1. Mince the chocolate, add it to a small amount of the heavy cream and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
2. Immerse the bowl containing the chocolate in ice water to cool it a little! Once it's cooled, add the remaining heavy cream and whip.
