Natto & Aburaage Pizza Bites

The crisp fried tofu with the sticky natto is a great match, not to mention nutritious.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 pack
1 sheet (7 cm square)
Pizza cheese
20 g
to taste


1. Remove the oil from the aburaage by blanching in boiling water. Cut a little bit off of 3 edges and open up the tofu. Cut in half. Finely chop the pieces that you cut off.
2. Mix the natto with the included sauce. Mix in the finely chopped aburaage pieces.
3. Top Step 1 with Step 2 and pizza cheese. Bake in the toaster oven until the cheese melts.
4. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
