Marinate the chicken strips in the combined A ingredients (grated onion, ginger and garlic, yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, curry powder, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and black pepper) for half a day or overnight.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the marinated chicken. Serve on top of a bed of shredded cabbage garnished with some cherry tomatoes.

Using a lot of vinegar really punched up the flavor, and the meat was so tender it was amazing! My hubby loved it so much he gobbled it up in no time!!!
