Healthy! Tofu Crab Stick Cream Croquettes

These are non-deep-fried cream croquettes made with tofu. So creamy, fluffy, and oh so tasty!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Silken tofu
150 g
Imitation crab sticks
70 g
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Consomme (powdered type)
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
as needed
Olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoons


1. Shred the crab sticks. With the frying pan on low heat, add the tofu and consomme and whisk until smooth.
2. Evenly mix in a small amount of flour at a time, taking care not to create lumps.
3. Add the crab sticks and mayonnaise to the mixture, and mix with a rubber spatula, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once it cools down a bit, separate the batter into 8 portions. Using plastic wrap, mold each portion into a patty and dredge in panko.
5. Heat olive oil in frying pan, and fry both sides of the patties on low-medium heat until golden brown.
6. Transfer to a serving dish and they're ready to serve.
7. I made Step 4 even simpler!
8. While still hot (but cool enough to handle), spoon a bite-sized amount into a bowl of panko. Roll evenly in the panko while forming a ball, then shape the patties using your hands.
