30-Minute Soy Milk Cookies

These cookies are made with soy milk, so they are healthy. They are so crispy and can be made in 30 minutes.

Ingredients: about 70 cookies

Margarine
30g
Sugar
40g
Almond flour
20g
Soy milk or milk
30g
Vanilla oil
a small amount
Cake flour
60g

Steps

1. Put the margarine and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2. Add the almond flour, soy milk, and vanilla oil and mix.
3. Sift in the cake flour and mix lightly. Put the cookie dough into a piping bag.
4. Squeeze the dough out to make small cookies. Bake in a 338°F/170℃ oven for 15-17 minutes.

Story Behind this Recipe

I only had soy milk in the fridge. I used it instead of milk to make cookies and they came out tasty.
