I made this for my grandmother on Respect For the Aged Day (Japanese holiday on the third Monday in September).

Ingredients: 2 servings

Eggs
3
Sugar
100 g
Bread (strong) flour
120 g
Milk
40 ml
Honey
80 g
Vegetable oil
20 g
Matcha
to taste (about 1 teaspoon~)

Steps

1. Combine the eggs, sugar, and honey in a bowl and whisk over a double boiler until the batter thickens into ribbons.
2. Add the dry ingredients, then the warmed milk and oil into the bowl and mix.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F/170°C.
