Easy Spareribs That You Don't Need to Marinate

No need for prep work! To your table in 20 minutes. A splendid meal without much effort.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Pork spareribs
360 g
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
A generous amount
White wine
300 ml


1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on to the meat. Use pepper generously to boost the flavor.
2. Add a little oil to a heated frying pan. Brown the meat on high heat.
3. Once the colour of the meat has changed, add the white wine and cover with a lid. Turn the ribs over occasionally and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Evaporate the remaining cooking liquid and it's done!
