Cheesy Cream Sauce (With Simple Gnocchi)

I paired this easy sauce with some gnocchi I had to quickly create some cheesy cream gnocchi. This recipe is even suitable for people who don't like Gorgonzola cheese as well.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Simple Gnocchi

Parsley (for garnish)
as much as you like
To make the cream sauce:
200 ml
Soup stock cube
Sliced cheese
3-4 slices
Parmesan cheese
1-2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Katakuriko slurry
to taste


1. Dissolve the stock cube into the milk in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. Mix the finely sliced cheese into the milk mixture with a wooden spatula.
3. Add the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper into the mixture and adjust the flavour as necessary.
4. Combine the sauce with the boiled gnocchi and thicken the sauce to your taste with the katakuriko slurry.
5. Transfer everything to a plate and garnish with parsley to finish.
